Aloha Groupon, Hot Deals, and Amazon Local customers: We have accumulated a high volume of customers and we appreciate your patience in serving you. We had such a great success that we do have a waiting list, we are booked 3 weeks out on weekdays and 6 weeks out for Saturdays. We operate Tuesday-Saturday, open at 9 am-5 pm.
If you want to know exactly what you have purchased, please email us and we can email you info of service. Each deal has a different time length and procedure.
Please make sure to double check your vouchers for instructions. We do charge an extra fee for x-large vehicle's, lifted vehicles, vans or add on services. If you have excessive sand, heavy soil and/or pet hair and want them removed during a light interior, there will be an extra fee. If you have a package that includes shampoo and vacuum, we do charge extra for excessive sand, heavy soil and/or pet hair. We can not guarantee 100% removal of sand, heavy soil and/or pet hair depending on type of material and how long it's been
Please email us @ email@example.com to set up an appointment. Please provide Name, type of vehicle, full title of your voucher and voucher number and contact number. You then will get offered a date and time and must respond within 24 hours to reserve.
Regarding expiration dates: As long as you email us before the expiration date to schedule an appointment even if your appointment date is past the expiration date, there will be no penalty. If you email us after the expiration date, we have the right to charge you the remaining balance.
The day of your appointment please make sure to be on time, if you are 15 minutes late, we will automatically cancel your appointment and reschedule your appointment via email.
We do send out email reminders the day before with instructions, info on service and directions to our shop.
